Pastor Morris Gacheru is the Senior Pastor of Jubilee Christian Church Thika Road, located along the Thika Superhighway in Nairobi, Kenya. He serves in ministry alongside his wife, Pastor Pauline Gacheru, who is a co-pastor. Together, they are blessed with three beautiful daughters, two of whom are actively serving in the ministry.

With over two decades in ministry, Pastor Morris experienced a life-changing encounter in February 2014 when Jesus appeared to him with the instruction, “Be My Witness.” In that transformative moment, Christ was revealed in his heart in a way he had never known before. The Gospel became clear, alive, and deeply personal. He describes this encounter as the moment when “Christ became my reality, and everything became true or false based on the truth of what Christ has done through the cross and His resurrection, “now embracing a vibrant, authentic revelation of Christ.

Since that encounter, Pastor Morris and Pastor Pauline have passionately committed themselves to preaching and teaching Christ and His Gospel as revealed by Christ and the Apostles. He firmly believes that “only the Gospel is the power of God for salvation.” His ministry is often accompanied by healings, miracles, and tangible demonstrations of God’s power. He also has a great passion for leadership development and leadership coaching.

Pastor Morris carries a deep love for God’s people, expressed through the God Loves People outreach crusades, where many have experienced transformation through the message of Christ. His prevailing confession, “Christ Lives in Me, ”reflects his heart for intimacy with Christ and shapes the atmosphere of his ministry—marked by God’s presence and creative miracles in church services, crusades, and various gatherings.

A bold and passionate preacher both on and off the pulpit, Pastor Morris is also the author of “Living in a Different Order: What Difference Does Christ Make?” Through his life and ministry, he continues to proclaim Christ with conviction, clarity, and unwavering faith.
